RESTRICTIONS:

BOOTH PAYMENT: 

• No one under 21 allowed into the Exhibition
• Point of sale items limited to educational materials only

• 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking
• Full balance due on or before May 14, 2011
• Cancellations after May 14, 2011 are non-refundable

 BOOK SELLER AREA - $2,500

This specially designated area will allow expanded exhibit hours from the main exhibit. The exhibit hours for the booths located in the book seller area are:

12:00 noon - 7:00 pm 9:00 am - 4:00 pm 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

The book seller area is conveniently located near to the main registration and restrooms. All catering will be located in the Exhibit Pavilion. No catering will be in the book seller area while the exhibits are open. Although general security is provided, the symposium will not be responsible for theft of display materials neither during nor after exhibit hours.

TAKE-ONE TABLE - $500

Can't make it to the event but want to get your literature in front of this qualified audience? You can have your literature distributed at the "Take One" Table area. Show Management will distribute and replenish your literture in this specially designated area at the exhibition entrance.

• Exhibition company is responsible for shipment arrangements of literature both to and from Keystone.
• "Take-One" Table area is to be unstaffed.
• No exhibitors or corporate representatives will be allowed in the area.
