• No one under 21 allowed into the exhibition
• Point of sale items limited to educational materials only

• 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking
• Full balance due on or before May 10, 2008
• Cancellations after May 10, 2008 are non-refundable

 BOOK SELLER AREA - $2,000

This specially designated area will allow expanded exhibit hours from the main exhibit. The exhibit hours for the booths located in the book seller area are:

The book seller area is conveniently located near to the Cyber room and restrooms. All catering will be located in the main exhibit. No catering will be in the book seller area while the exhibits are open. Although general security is provided, the symposium will not be responsible for theft of books neither during nor after exhibit hours.

TAKE-ONE TABLE - $400

Can't make it to the event but want to get your literature in front of this qualified audience? Show Management will distribute and replenish your literture in the specially designated "Take-One" area.

• Exhibition company is responsible for shipment arrangements of literature both to and from Keystone.
• "Take-One" Table area is to be unstaffed.
• No exhibitors or corporate representatives will be allowed in the area.
