FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT OPTIONS

Flat Fee - Fee will cover all services provided by Milestone Presentations. Approved budgeted items will be invoiced to the event.

Commission on Sales - A percentage of revenues collected, deposits forfeited, and/or registrations processed will be paid to Milestone Presentations. Approved budgeted items will be invoiced to the event.

Percentage of Profits - A percentage of the net income generated from the event will be paid to Milestone Presentations. Approved budgeted items will be invoiced to the event. Salaries, office equipment, rent, utilities, etc. are not part of net income and will not be considered as expenses of the event.

*Regardless of financial arrangements, all budgets will be developed in conjunction with the client and adhered to by both parties.
