COST - $850 per 8' x 10' space

BOOTH COST INCLUDES:

  • Draped space (8' high back drape, 3' high side drape)
  • Company name sign
  • One 6' draped table and two chairs
  • Two conference registrations
  • Full page black & white ad (artwork due April 2, 2010)
  • Exhibitor badges for booth personnel
  • General security
  • Vendor presentation (if signed up by January 4, 2010) 

NOTE:

  • The exhibition floor is tile.
  • Electrical and internet connectivity are not included in booth price.

BOOTH PAYMENT:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking
  • Full balance due on or before April 9, 2010
  • Cancellations after April 9, 2010 are non-refundable
